WordPecker Plus — Privacy Policy

プライバシーポリシー（日本語）

1. 収集する情報

WordPecker Plus（以下「本アプリ」）は、個人を特定できる情報（氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報等）を収集しません。

• 学習データ（回答履歴・正答率・連続正解・習得語数・購入状態）は、すべて利用者の端末内（AsyncStorage）にのみ保存されます。当社のサーバーへは送信されません。
• 本アプリはアカウント登録・ログインを必要としません。

2. 課金情報

• 追加コンテンツの解放は Google Play の課金システムおよび RevenueCat を通じて処理されます。
• 購入処理は Google および RevenueCat が行い、当社がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を受け取ることはありません。
• RevenueCat は購入の検証・復元のため、匿名の購入識別子を処理します。詳細は各社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

3. 第三者への提供・広告

• 本アプリは広告を表示しません。
• 学習データを第三者に販売・提供することはありません。

4. データの削除

• 学習データは端末内にのみ存在します。本アプリをアンインストールすると、学習データはすべて削除されます。
• 端末の設定 →「アプリ」→「WordPecker Plus」→「ストレージを消去」でも、いつでも学習データを消去できます。
• サーバー側に利用者データを保持していないため、データ削除のための問い合わせは不要です。

5. 児童のプライバシー

本アプリは技術英語学習を目的とし、児童を主対象としていません。児童から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

6. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページで告知します。

Privacy Policy (English)

1. Information We Collect

WordPecker Plus ("the App") does not collect any personally identifiable information (name, email, phone number, location, etc.).

• Learning data (answer history, accuracy, streaks, mastered-word count, purchase state) is stored only on your device (AsyncStorage) and is never transmitted to our servers.
• The App requires no account or sign-in.

2. Purchase Information

• Unlocking additional content is processed through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat.
• Payments are handled by Google and RevenueCat; we never receive your card or payment details.
• RevenueCat processes an anonymous purchase identifier to verify and restore purchases. See:

3. Third Parties & Advertising

• The App shows no advertisements.
• We never sell or share your learning data with third parties.

4. Data Deletion

• Learning data exists only on your device. Uninstalling the App deletes all learning data.
• You can also clear it anytime via device Settings → Apps → WordPecker Plus → Clear storage.
• Because we hold no user data on any server, no deletion request is necessary.

5. Children's Privacy

The App targets engineering-English learners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as needed; material changes will be announced on this page.
