StartupCashFlow — Privacy Policy

プライバシーポリシー（日本語）

1. はじめに

StartupCashFlow（以下「本アプリ」）は、YKI System Consulting LLC が運営しています。本ポリシーは、本アプリの利用を通じて収集する情報の取り扱いを説明するものです。

2. 収集する情報

a) アカウント情報

• メールアドレス
• パスワード（セキュアなハッシュとして保存。平文では保存しません）

b) 財務データ（利用者が本アプリに入力したもの）

• 資金源のラベルと金額（銀行口座名・残高など）
• 月間バーンレートの設定値
• アラート閾値の設定値
• 資金取引レコード（残高変更履歴）

c) 端末・プッシュ通知トークン（プッシュ通知を有効にした場合のみ）

• Firebase Cloud Messaging（FCM）トークン — ランウェイアラート通知の送信のみに使用
• 端末の種類（Android / iOS）

3. 情報の利用目的

• アカウント管理・認証
• ランウェイのリアルタイム計算と表示
• プッシュ通知の送信（閾値を下回った場合）
• CSVエクスポートの生成

4. データの保管とセキュリティ

• データは Supabase（AWS上でホスト）に保存。行レベルセキュリティ（RLS）によりユーザーごとに厳密に分離します。
• 転送時（TLS 1.2+）および保管時（AES-256）に暗号化します。

5. 第三者への提供

個人データや財務データを第三者に販売・提供・貸与することは一切ありません。以下のサービス提供者とのみ共有します。

• Supabase（データ保管・認証）
• Firebase / Google（プッシュ通知）
• RevenueCat（購入・エンタイトルメント管理。アプリのユーザーIDと購入状態のみ共有。財務データは共有しません）
• 法令・裁判所命令等に基づく場合

6. 課金について

本アプリは7日間の無料体験後、¥290の買い切り（1回のお支払いで永続利用）です。サブスクリプション（月額課金）はありません。決済は Google Play を通じて処理され、当社がカード情報を取得・保存することはありません。

7. データの保持と削除

アカウントが有効な期間、関連するすべてのデータを保持します。アカウントと全データの削除を希望する場合は、下記「アカウント・データ削除」の手順に従ってください。リクエスト受領後30日以内に対応します。

Privacy Policy (English)

1. Introduction

StartupCashFlow ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by YKI System Consulting LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

2. Information We Collect

a) Account Information

• Email address
• Password (stored as a secure hash — we never store plaintext passwords)

b) Financial Data (entered by you in the App)

• Fund source labels and amounts (e.g., bank account names and balances)
• Monthly burn rate settings
• Alert threshold settings
• Fund transaction records (balance changes)

c) Device & Push Notification Token (only if you enable push notifications)

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token — used solely to send you runway alert notifications
• Device type (Android/iOS)

3. How We Use Your Information

• Account management and authentication
• Real-time runway calculation and display
• Push notifications when your runway drops below your set threshold
• On-demand CSV export of your transaction history

4. Data Storage and Security

• All data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS), which uses PostgreSQL with row-level security (RLS). Your data is isolated per user at the database level.
• Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial data to third parties. We share data only with:

• Supabase (data storage and authentication)
• Firebase / Google (push notifications)
• RevenueCat (purchase & entitlement management): we share your app user ID and purchase status only. No financial data is shared.
• Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or government authority

6. Billing

The App offers a 7-day free trial, after which it is a ¥290 one-time purchase (pay once, use forever). There is no subscription or monthly fee. Payments are processed through Google Play; we never receive or store your card details.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Your account and associated data are retained while your account is active. To delete your account and all data, follow the "Account & Data Deletion" steps below. We process requests within 30 days.
